I drew lots of horses, houses, and boats, this from July 1961.
I pose with my baseball bat outside our New Rochelle, NY apartment house in May 1962.
I practice my basketball moves, not sure exactly when or where, but perhaps around 1962 plus or minus a year or two (original video by the Weiser clan).
I take in some sun with brother (front) and two friends (left and right) at the public beach at Hudson Park, New Rochelle, NY; I'm in the back, at the center of the image, probably in the summer of 1962 (original video by the Weiser clan).
I also seem to be infatuated with underground houses and flying cars, Oct. 1962.
Kennedy will be shot in 6 months; I pose in May, 1963
Dylan's amazing Freewheelin' album (on my right) is released; Mom sees him on TV and buys it for me, so I'm guessing this is Dec. 1963
My father builds a house, designed by Kaneji Domoto (the father of one of his art students at Isaac Young Junior High School in New Rochelle); I take this photo in January 1963.
We visit the NY State World's Fair; I take this photo of the NY State Pavilion by Philip Johnson and Lev Zetlin (with the Unisphere in the foreground), May 1964. Also see my GE Progressland photo ("Person isn't real!")
I draw these surrealistic figures, June 1964.
Trying to shoot pool at a friend's Bar Mitzvah (older brother observes), 1964
We move into the house that my dad built in New Rochelle; this must be our first "Christmas" there, 1964
I'm not exactly sure what motivated me to make this drawing, June 1965.
I guess I always wanted to be an architect, so I took this class in summer school when I was 13 years old, July 1965.
We take a bus and subway to Yankee stadium: On May 27, Stottlemyre beats Joe Horlen 4-1 (Mantle has 1 RBI); on July 24, Stottlemyre beats George Brunet 9-1 (Mantle goes 2 for 3 with a homerun in game 1 of the doubleheader) and Dooley Womack beats Dean Chance 4-1 (in game 2)
We go camping at Mt. Washington, New Hampshire, 1966
I take this picture of Mom and Dad on the Mt. Washington trail, July 1966.
I make several flip books in December 1966, all of which can be seen in this video; this one has been reproduced as an animation.gif.
